EM421AB THREE PHASE THREE WIRE ELECTRONIC DIN-RAIL ACTIVE AND REACTIVE INTEGRATION ENERGY METER

Application
Model EM421AB three phase three wire electronic DIN rail active and reactive integration energy meter is a kind of new style three phase three wire active and reactive energy meter, it adopt micro-electronics technique, and imported large scale integrate circuit, use advanced technique of digital and SMT techniques, etc. The meter completely accord with relevant technical requirements of class 1 three phase active energy meter stipulated in international standard IEC 62053-21 and class 2 three phase reactive energy meter stipulated in international standard IEC 62053-23. It can accurate and directly measure 50Hz or 60Hz active and reactive energy consumption from three phase three wire AC electricity net, it can display total energy consumption by step motor type impulse register. This meter has seven digits LCD displays shows active energy. And there are far infrared and RS485 communication module in it. Contact with all kind of AMR system conveniently. It has following features: good reliability, small volume, light weight, specious nice appearance, convenient installation, etc. This meter has already got the patent certificate from China State Intellectual Property Office at present. Patent certificate NO. ZL 2006 3 0107349.1, any other country patent certificate are in assessing.

Functions and features
● 35mm standard DIN rail installation, complying with standard DIN EN50022. Or front board installed (mounting
holes center distance 63 mm), users can choose any one by themselves.
● Ten pole width (Modulus 12.5mm), complying with standard JB/T7121-1993.
● Type S wiring (Inlet from bottom, outlet from top), use CT connect operation, may select 27 CT ratio, the meter will read directly after set, and needn’t multiplied by CT rate.
● 7 digits LCD display, 5+2 digits(99999.91kWh, Only when CT ratio 5:5A) or 7 digits display. It is choose by the CT ratio which is set.
● Standard configuration one port of active pulse output passive and one port of reactive pulse output passive(polarity), The output rate are 0.01, 0.1, 1, 10kWh or kvarh/Pulse. Users can choose any one by themselves. May select one port of active pulse output passive and one port of reactive pulse output passive (nonpolarity). And contact with all kind of AMR system conveniently, Complying with standard IEC 62053-31 and DIN 43864. (Please specified when ordering)
● Standard configuration there are far infrared and a port of RS485 communication data, communication agreement complying with standard DL/T645-1997. May select without function of communication data. (Product Configuration code is NB)
● Five LED instructions power supply state (line voltage L12 & L32) and signal of active energy impulse and reactive energy impulse and data communications state.
● Automatic detection the direction of the flow of load current. And instructions by one LED.
● Single direction two components measure three phase three wire active and reactive energy consumption. It is nothing with direction of the flow of load current. Complying with standard IEC 62053-21and IEC 62053-23.
● Standard configuration short terminals cover, may select extension terminals cover, in order to protect to use safety. (Product Configuration code is AE).
